Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Undergarments, bodysuits, gift cards, and discounted or sale items are non-returnable.

Online Order Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at hello@lemonsandlimesboutique.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging.

In-Store Returns:

  • Items purchased online can also be returned at our physical store. Please bring the original receipt.

Final Sale Items:

  • Some items may be marked as final sale.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for final sale items.
  • Any items that are discounted are final sale.
