Returns & Refunds

Returns and Exchange Policy: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. 
 
We understand that somethings things just don't work out.  Returns are easy, just send it back to us (and provide us a tracking number in advance). We will process the refund within 5 days of receiving the item. Please keep in mind that your payment source may take up to 30 days to return it to your account.  You are responsible for the postage cost to return the item. All items must be returned with the original packaging to receive a full credit. It is your responsibility to ensure the items arrive to us undamaged. 
 
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact client services within 2 calendar days from receipt of the item to report the damage and arrange for a replacement. You will need to provide a photo of the item to gain return authorization.  A prepaid postage label will be provided. 
 
We guarantee our products. If damage or breakage occurs in the normal wear of an item, please contact client services with 3 calendar days to arrange for a replacement. Every effort will be made to replace the item, if the exact item out of stock, we will offer a suitable substitution. If we determine a replacement it not available, we will offer a store credit. 
 
All sale, mystery boxes/mailers, and customized orders are final sale, no exceptions.
